I’m 15 I’ve never been in a sexual relationship however I have a lump under the skin of my pubic hair area that’s about the size of a grape this lump is extremely sensitive and hurts if I even tap it the lump is skin colored and has no head I also don’t shave so I no it’s not that either any ideas what’s going on I’m scared to tell anyone about this
Actually the bump does have a head and it’s filled with puss

It's more than likely that it's ingrown hair. This might sound crazy, perhaps unbelievable to you. But you'd be surprised just how much pain a single strand of hair that decides to grow inward could cause you.
Try pinching on the surface of the boil with a tweezer, one point at a time; you just might be surprised when you catch the hair with the tweezers. If you do, I promise you that it'd be a very long strand. A lot of pus would follow. It shouldn't hurt at all; might tickle a little bit. But it's worth trying it out. If that's what it is, you should feel the big relief within a couple days. It's happened to me several times.
