Hi all, I'm 31 and have had this for a few years. Lately I think its started growing but very very slowly. It feels like its got two main 'heads' but they are connected. It feels completely solid, but can move freely under the skin. It remains the same size throughout the day, regardless if on an erection or not. Has anybody any idea what it could be? I've attached some images . Thanks in advance for your help! :)

Hi it could be a build up of smegma can you retract the foreskin?

Bro, consult a doctor. Its strange thing. It can be extra growth, not sure though.

OK if you can't retract the foreskin to clean the glans every day some time smegma can build up this usually happens with guys who have phimosis. In any case you need to visit your GP and have things checked out properly they will advise you on the best course of action to treat it.
