Large single spot on penis shaft

I had a smaller spot just like this in the exact same place a few months ago. Its very sensitive when touched, not irritating or painful otherwise

There are two ways of dealing with this: get some liquid antiseptic and dab directly onto the spot 4 or 5 times a day. When it starts to reduce in size apply the antiseptic 2 or 3 times a day, then 1 or 2 times a day when it has almost healed.
