Laser treatment for actinic keratosis

Can anyone tell me if they have had successful laser treatment for laser treatment for actinic keratosis.
I’ve had this condition and many treatments for at least 13 years without any benefit, How many treatments did you need and what was the UK cost per treatment as it is not available on the NHS.
