I’m taking citalopram and was 3 hours late taking my dose yesterday, today I have a migraine headache with a dizzy feeling. Could this be because I took my dose late yesterday?
Possibly. How long have you been on the medication now? If its still early days then yes maybe, I was like 8 hours late in taking my dose today. I’ll see how I feel tomorrow and let you know.

Thanks for replying. I’ve been on citalopram for several years but usually take it the same time each day. I had a busy day and almost forgot to take it. Still feeling a bit off, even now. I’d be interested to know if it affected you, I sincerely hope not!
I feel fine today. Maybe you’re experiencing some kind of blip and have just linked it to the fact you took your medication late. How are you feeling now?
