I am on week 10 of citalapram. 4 weeks at 10mg then increased to 20mg.
I usually take it at around 9.30 to 10 am but forgot yesterday and took it around 4.15.
Not sure when to take today’s. I thought maybe 12 today and back to normal tomorrow?
i am too on 10mg. sometimes took it 9 hrs later then should have. nothing happened.
next dose i took 3 hrs after usual time and then back to normal. as long as it does not happen too often it is ok.
I think as long as you don’t take more than your dose a day it doesn’t matter so much on the timing being the same everyday.
