I am 5 weeks post op from TAH. My incision is still leaking in one small spot. I am probably over doing things a bit lately trying to get back toma normal routine, but I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
Yes that happened to me 1 week in. I was scared and went to dr. Incision was healing from sides but was leaking from middle. Get checked for infection. I was over doing things myself. Do do that take your time to recover. I’m 2 months in and having a cut scan tomorrow bc it still hurts me. Not as much as beginning of course but still discomfort.
Hi i am today 9 weeks post op i had that leaking mainly form 1 spot albeit i did have an infection too was on antibiotics for 2 weeks and at the doctors for the nurse to dress it every other day was finally discharged form them at week 6 it does improve and i am planning on returning to full time work next week the light at the tunnel is finally here hope this helps and you have a speedy recovery
