hi i hope i will get some answers or assurance here. im suffering from anxiety and is seeking help from a mental health institution. i am 28 years old and my period pain before this anxiety attacks is normal. i would not have much pain. but recently, over the past few months , i found out that my left upper arm will be sore,numb or ache and i will start to have anxiety thinking its a heart attack. due to that, i have been to the ER 5 times. ALL times ECG, xray, blood test, scans is all normal. doctor discharge me with painkiller. i just want to know if anyone have this or is this my anxiety?
