Left arm numb after aortic dissection

Hello,

I had aortic dissection surgery(graft replacement) 3 month ago.

My doctor said the surgery was good but today, I feel numbness in my left arm(from back of the left arm to 5th phalange).

I think this means referred pain of heart. Is there anyone who can tell me what i should do??
