Just diagnosed with left branch bundle block. Anyone out there dealing with this issue? Just looking for what to expect down the road etc. Currently having chest discomfort during day/night, some minor pain but not bad.

I too was diagnosed with LBBB around 18 months ago after having difficulty with breathing and chest pains. It is a problem with the electrical activity to the heart from the left branch that causes the problem. It seems to be more I had to sit up at night in bed as I could feel my chest beating hard and it was quite scary at times!
It was found I had LBBB after having an ECG. I was admitted to hospital with possible heart problems and had to be referred to a cardiologist. I was told it was nothing to worry about and a GP told me that ‘it’s bark is much worse than it’s bite with LBBB’!
Anyway to cut a long story short mine seemed to go away on it’s own after having an ECG last year the LBBB didn’t show up it was normal again. I have been discharged from the cardiologist as the tests, MRI etc showed no problems with my heart. I am no longer having chest pains etc although I do still get breathless at times. Try not to get anxious about it does seem to make it worse with anxiety I found, but it is not anything to get worried about and hopefully your chest pains will get better once your less anxious about it all.Good luck & Best wishes
