Left chest pain tightness down to ribs

So I had a few symtoms already and posted already , my brain is telling me something is terribly wrong again , is it normal for the symtoms to shift around , like for instance sometimes I start feeling fine when staying busy , walking or being up and down , but when I'm busy now my pain is bad in chest and feel lightheaded and out if breath , I know its anxiety , but its a bad day , can symtoms and actions change from time to time , please help cuase Im horrified , I know I had about 5 or 6 EkG's but now Im worried its something else

I have the same exact symptoms. Just and to the md yesterday hd ekg for the 5th time. He’s 100 percent sure nothing is wrong with my heart. We just have to accept we have anxiety. Focusing on the anxiety will make the symptoms worse! Ask your md for something that will help ease your mind. I’ve been on Xanax 0.25 mg for over a month and whenever my chest gets tight or my middle chest is hurting I take one and it helps. Keep telling yourself it’s anxiety like you said and hopefully you will eventually believe it. You are not alone trust me ....

Anxiety is a condition that amplifies your health concerns, everything becomes serious and therefore your worry can be counterproductive. The main problem you have is to accept this and stop worrying.

One thing is the number of tests you find the need for, these tests become a wast of time, made worse because you become unable to trust those who have performed and diagnosed a positive result showing nothing is wrong.

You need to “accept” that you have “anxiety” and to deal with it. Try exercising, drink lots of water, stop eating processed sugar and do some meditation or mindfulness. You will find lots on YouTube.
