Left leg pain that has moved into arm

hello,

ive had pain in my lower left leg for 3 weeks now no swelling and the pain is the worst at night and tends to go away during the day as long as i am activity and not sitting. Ive had a d dimer test done for clots and also an ultra sound. everything comes back negative. Now the pain is in my left arm as well, also worse at night. My doctor hasnt done any further test and says it could be anxiety…but im not convinced

As this goes away when you are standing and being active I suspect it probably is something like a pinched nerve in your back. Are you in lockdown due to Covid?If so have you been sitting around more than usual? Try to keep active and take Ibuprofen as an anti inflammatory.

Are you allergic to co codemol at all ? If not maybe buy yourself a box of them & take one before you go to bed to see if it helps
