Hi,
I am 28 years old, male and relatively fit and healthy. I have had left neck, shoulder and bicep discomfort for 12 months or so now and was wondering if it could actually be from premature coronary artery disease!
I am asking this and i am worried about this because short of a trapped nerve/slipped disc, there isnt anything else i can think of that could cause such a peculiar pain!
Secondly its safe to say i have lived a very stressful life so far. I’ve multiple children from a young age, and a very longstanding fear of cardiac disease that has led to suicide attempts, depression phases and manic phases for almost a decade!
No family history of it apart from my grandads 2 brothers, but both of them were chronic heavy smokers and both big drinkers.
An ecg, treadmill and holter has never recovered any useful data to suggest I have anything wrong, which is great of course. But it doesn’t look at the coronary arteries though and it worries me sick.
