LEFT RIB CAGE PAIN AND BACK, ANY SUGGESTIONS?

HI

I have been experiencing left rib pain that radiates to my back, also bloating and what would be considered acid reflux, but sometimes by stomach feels like it is burning or just hard to eat. it last for a few days then goes away for a few. but the bloating and trouble have stayed pretty consistent. I have trouble sometimes with constipation. I have read about ulcers, IBS, and something called EPI. has anyone else had these experiences? or have IBS or EPI? I had a ultra sound that found a small cyst on my kindney, and a MRI of abdomen and kidney that confirmed just a complex cyst but said that would not be causing my pain. sometimes I feel the pain in my rib and back so sharp it is hard to breathe, then I am bloated on top of that. reading the web can be scary all syptoms can sound like something not life threaten to something like stomach cancer. ugh, concerned. I am guessing next step is a scope of the belly. I hold a lot of gas pain also. tums and pepcid only relive my syptoms slightly. could it be Pancreas

Hi sorry cant help but im in a similar situation only slightly different. Went to drs this morning with more or less perstistent nausea, extreme tenderness throughout my whole digestive section system, a feeling of pressure and like a knot right over where my pancreas is as well. Waking up feeling so unwell in the mornings, lots of gas too, keep belching but not enough to give any relief. Went to gp this morning, got to have scan and blood test and was prescribed omeprazole which i dont really wnat to take, i have no acid reflux or heart burn so dont know hy ive been precried these?  Have posted on hear ut as yet no replies.

Ask your doctor about EPI, IBS and h pylori.

If you are belching, it may be a sign of indigestion and could be why you have been given Omeprazole.
