Left side dull back pain/discomfort - kidney, pancreas, spleen?

I am a 25 year old male.

For the last 3 or 4 days I've been dealing with a dull pain, pressure, fullness feeling on the left side of my back just below my ribs/kind of at my lower ribs and it kind of radiates into my left side. This is following a bachelor party where a lot of alcohol was consumed. Additionally, I have been coughing for the last two weeks/generally feeling sick and am not sure if this is all related. 

I'm thinking it could be a kidney issue or possibly a pancreas or spleen issue.

Any advice or guidance is much appreciated

You need to consult with an Internal Medicine doc who can run all pertinent labs to pinpoint your problem.

Kidneys are not to be toyed with....need to address as soon as possible.

Thanks for the reply. I had blood work done 3 months ago that showed kidney, liver, and CBC all normal and within range. I suppose that could have changed between then and now?
