The left side of my clit is swollen, been this way for 4 days now. It doesn’t hurt or itch, it’s just uncomfortable sometimes. It’s happened a handful of times over the past few years, always on the same side. 1st and 2nd time it went away after a week. The longest it lasted was 1 month. What could this be? I’ve searched and searched, but nothing similar comes up.

Its possibly a blocked skene gland. Part of the lubricating glands. Warm baths may help with this but if it becomes very big or uncomfortable then do see your doctor. It may be infected.
