Left side pain

I have this pain that feels like it’s coming from my left side pelvic area down to the inside of top left leg. Anyone else get this or is it something else? My last period was 23rd july. I dont have periods every month sometimes I can go a few months without a period.

For me that pain was due to an ovarian cyst.

I do have a cyst but it’s on the right

I am going through this right now! Been bothering more for weeks. I had an ultrasound at Gyn she said results are fine. I have cysts on both my ovaries but she said she felt they were from years ago ovulation? She said they wouldn’t/ should not cause me pain. She ordered a CA125 cancer antigen blood test just to I think appease me. (I guess test for ovarian cancer) it came back normal. She said now I have something else to worry about. Sometimes I feel like I would like to rip down the medical degree off the wall of some DRs.
I am 51 and postmenopause 2 years in Oct. I had three ultrasounds last year because of pelvic pain. One at ER and a follow up at my GYN, and another follow up 2 months later. I have fibroids in uterus, and GYN wanted to monitor if they were growing. No they aren’t. Was never mentioned that I have cysts on my ovaries.
GYN they shouldn’t cause me pain or discomfort. ER DR said yes they can bother me.

I asked my GYN if hormones could cause the cysts to both me. No was her reply. No hormones cannot cause you pain or discomfort. Ha Ha. (She was serious)
Does she say that to her pregnant patients. She is 57 herself. She talked to me like I was a hypochondriac.
I just had my a blood panel done (my request)my Dr or NP was supposed to call me with results. (Done last thursday). I called and was told they would call me… Never heard from them, so I went down and requested a copy of my results.
I am pre diabetic. Sigh. Everything looked normal a couple things except a couple high things that is from being dehydrated when they drew blood. Other than my fasting glucose. I am moderating my life to try and rectify that.
This pain is worrisome.
