Left side under rib pain unanswered

GOOD MORNING!
I’m new to the chat. Here’s my problem(s).
In December I donated a kidney, my left one .Post -op was fine until around Feb. It started as a dull pain under my left rib cage, alot of acid reflux, constipation, gas and bloating . BUT it was tolerable and I thought it was my body readjusting to a new " normal" .
It came back , so much worst. It’s almost a constant dull to sharp pain, worst after i eat, sometimes after I drink too.
i can hear the gas roaming around inside myself. I did end up at the transplant hospital one night but all they wanted to do is give me fluids, and morphine. NOT an opioid fan , I am substance abuse counselor so thats a whole 'nother story.
ANYWAY, the CT scan showed strandding on the pancreas but the doctor didnt think it was pancreatitis he said possible gastritis . Kinda like, no big deal attitude , heres some oxycodone.
Almost a month later, nothing has changed, same to some days worst. i made dietary changes on my own , went to the healthfood store for natural anti imflammories and Hemp oil for pain relief . Having 1 kidney I can not take NSAIDS
I see the transplant team Wednesday and pray for some answers .
Any thoughts, comments, suggestions?

You gave your kidney to save someone’s life. May God help you.

Wow, how brave and amazing to donate a kidney!!
I had two lots of surgery over the last 2 yrs, gallbladder removal, nissen fundiplication and hiatus hernia repair. I have had this pain the same as yours for 8 months now, my dr has mentioned adhesions, where organs or part of get stuck to one another hence permanent pain.
Do let us know how you get on and god bless xx

Sounds like gastritis as was suggested by your doctor. Avoid any fatty, rich or spicy foods; eat blandly. An endoscopy would confirm it.
