Ok. So it happens sometimes and sometimes not. Usually after a large meal, but doesn't always matter what I'm eating. No better or worse with alcohol. It hurts near my left mid back and up under my left shoulder blade, sometimes into my neck? Wth? It's not my gallbladder cos my hida scan was fine.

Do you have change of bowel habit. stomach pain that comes and goes and moves about? Do you get temporary relief after a bowel movement? Have you noticed any particular food that triggers pain? Try a food diary. What other tests have you had done? Left sided pain can be associated with IBS along with food intolerance. Have you had any recent stress?
