I’m in my 40s and I have being living with pains for the past 3 years on my left testicle, I’m begging if anyone out there with useful information that can help me to solve this problem

I have been to the best doctors and have taking all sort of pain med and nothing seems to work, no infection found, when I touch the edge of the left testicle I feel pains , ultrasound checked up found nothing as well

Please anyone with good information should help
