Leg swelling going down

Woo hoo at last the leg swelling is going down. The water tablets that were prescribed to me are working. I must have lost at least 3 pints of water if not more today. I did have to phone my GP this morning and say I felt the dose was rather high ( 40mg ) this was prscribed by the nasty GP and the GP I spoke too today agreed. I have now been put on 20 mg and will finish the course on Monday so I won't have to be on them for a month as the other doctor had also prescribed.. This is also going in the report of my complaint of the way she treated me as both meds prescribed by her have been found to be way too high and withdrawn by another GP..Makes me wonder if she even knows what she is doing now. I have requested that doctor has nothing more to do with me now. I can't risk that.

I do feel so much better now the preasure and burning / sorness has almost gone

I can walk a little better now too the swelling behind my knees is almost gone so I can bend them better. I hope I am on the mend too and stay that way. I really can't let anything else get in the way or I am going to be in pain for too long.

I am so glad I am actually getting some where now and things are going in the right direction. I was getting so frustrated when I was asking for help and wasn't getting any and when I did it was going so wrong.Another  issue hopefully solved. I should be able to wear my jeans again soon.

There are some really great GPs at my local practice. I have been with that practice for over 12 years.That certain GP I have never seen before and never had treat me.She won't be doing so again either.I can't trust someone who is trying to overdose me and won't listen to the patient.

That's fabulous....you'll find moving around a lot easier now that the swelling has gone down 😜

I already do feel it easier to move about. Still some swelling to go from the side of my thigh and behind my knees but it is going and I can't get over how quick most of it disapeared.
