Leg swelling?

It's been almost two years since my THR and am all of a sudden noticed that my leg is swollen from my thigh down to my ankle has any one else experienced anything like this?

It would be a good idea to go to your doctor in case you have developed a thrombosis or in infection- good luck I hope it resolves speedily

I agree with Sue. Ifor the leg is hot or streaky, don't dally. Get it checked out asap.

Big hug from UK, good to see you on this page - I just drop in occasionally not at 18 months, but its afab community!

No, no swelling for me - see your doctor tho if worried!

I'm good, tho still struggle to get down on floor for leg lifting exercises, or crouch low, unlike 5 year olds who do this so easily

I would get to doctor ASAP. Im at 10 weeks RTHR and 2 years post op both knees. No swelling here / have you done anything different with exercise or possibly some minor injury? Ice and Elevate until you get to doctor. And rest.
