I had cataract surgery and lens implants four months ago. My eyes are still light sensitive and blurred vision in the daylight. My night vision is horrible i still am experiencing huge saucer like halos with rings around them. i actually paid $300 to start t this 3 month eye training with revitalvision a company in Israel! it helped with seeing signs better but still waiting to see how it does for these Halos! Does anyone have any suggestions before i get them removed and replaced with standard lenses. i heard standard lenes there are no halos.
u r probably seeing lens edge. try using lumify (has preservative BAK) in it or preservative free alphagan. that prevent the rings due to pupil construction but also make darker areas darker.
i like the vision therapy idea. it will help with neuro adaptation. therapy to prevent pupil expansion may be difficult.

they are eye drops that constrict the pupil. preservative free is good for the eyes. lumify is over the counter and alphagan is by prescription only. i use them on occasion . alphagan may cause a minute of pain near eyebrows after administration.
what iol do you have?
I have Acrysof IQ PanOptix in both eyes the same prescrition in both eyes.
I take it you just get the halos from lights at night - like car headlights? That is when your pupils are most dilated (open).
no daytime to just not as huge! My vision tends to be a little distorted during the day in the distance
