I had Lens replacement done in 2017, should I be relying on glasses so much.
i had an eye test and each eye is +1.25 near, if any body could shed some light on this that would be great.

Less strength glasses causes less issues with pain and sharp feeling. Obviously less strength glasses are less strong in helping eyesight. I think you should try eye drops and perhaps contacts if you choose to.
