I participated in anal and oral sex with my boyfriend of almost 6 years last wednesday ,After i noticed i was a bit sore but didnt think anything of it since when i went to feel nothing was there like a bump or anything ,but 4 days later i noticed a burning sensation of a cut when peeing,It looks like a linear cut when i dont open it ,Its not itchy,but it was a bit uncomfortable the first 2 days only when wiping against it.I went and got swabbed yesterday for hsv 1 and 2 but my obgyn said it doesnt look like its herpes and it looks like i just fractured my skin,can anyone help as my anxiety is high waiting for the results.! this first photo is the first day and the second is tuesday and the last is yesterday before my appointment
it could be herpes go get a swab and blood test.
Doesn’t appear to be herpes. I get cuts like that and have had blood tests and swap done on mines.
i got the swab , waiting on my results.(: but its gone away within a week.
oh that helps relieve my anxiety a bit ! it came after doing anal sex and my gyno took a look and said she didn’t think it was anything but a cut/tear but still swabbed me.
for anyone in the future who may stumble across the same problem and sees this post here is a little update ,my results for both hsv 1&2 was negative and my Dr was right it ended up just being a fracture /vaginal cut but its always good to go get seen to rule out it being nothing!
