so in July I met this girl and I preformed oral sex on her .
A week later I started getting ulcers on right side. With very weird taste in mouth
2 weeks after I did chlamydia and gonorrhea swab it was negative then went to sexual health clinic did syphilis swab was negative.
Took doxycycline antibiotics for 2 weeks things got better stopped getting ulcers after I finished the course the ulcers showed up again.
45 days after exposure I did all sti blood test and was negative.
The ulcers show up for 4-6 days then disappear.
September I’ve had endoscopy with biopsy and all is good . Seen a oral medicine doctor she redid all my sti tests all negative and she told me this is probably geographic tongue
In October I took flagyl antibiotics for 2 weeks stopped getting the ulcers then after the course the ulcers showed up in all 3 places left , right and under tongue .
I saw an infectious disease doctor in October he redid all sti all negative he did inflammation markers all good , only hepatitis A and Ebv are positive but not active so past infection probably had years ago . My armpit and side ribs pain started around end of October
Saw oral medicine doctor in November and she said we can take biopsy but she couldn’t that day because we had no time so I booked in her first available appointment and it was 2 weeks after . December came and on day of my appointment ulcers didn’t show up , I felt tingling weird sensation 2 days before if showed up next day Friday on right side and days after it moved to under tongue with body aches , rib pan shooting nerves pain , neck stiffness, back of head etc keep in mind that I’ve always had symptoms like this before the girl it just got amplified after the girl .
Tuesday was a black dot in right side and felt start of new ulcer , Wednesday everything got better no body pain but ulcers showed up on right side now and disappeared Friday just 3 days .
I still get weird taste but from time to time not so often
I still feel it to this day moving my tongue on my lips bumps from where the ulcers was .
Have trouble sleeping, could sleep at 9 or 10 wake up 12 am stay until 4am to be able to sleep again
I don’t know what to make of this all my blood tests are good , inflammation markers are good , sti negative, hpv high and low risk negative, syphilis swab and 3 blood tests negative , bacteria and fungus test negative endoscopy all good .
The thing is I’ve got surgery on neck called eagle syndrome in 5 days and I’m worried it’ll be too much for the symptoms I get , until now my body aches are much better there is no ulcers but I’m afraid I’ll get attack on day of surgery or after .
Deep tissue massage does help alot sometimes lymphatic toxic drainage
