Lesion or red patches on gland penis or around meatus

Burn scar like patches mark or is it lesion (idk) developed in my gland penis (surrounding urethra opening) like 6 month ago. And my Derma is also confused about this. It have a mild burning sensation and doesn't itch. What might it be? Please help. My STD, UTI are all negative and urine test is normal. Am 32 yrs old.

I have the same for 6 months. Mine looks more bad i think. I went to every possible Doctor without solution. I think we have to live with it and hopefully it goes away someday. I aslo have mild burning at the opening all the day. At night it gets a little bit better but still bothering me. If you ever find solution for that please message me. Have a great day
