I seem to always have less anxiety on an empty stomach, anyone else and why is that so?
Also experience much less anxiety if i skip carbohydrates and sugar and only eat like meat and salad.
yes, carbs (sugar) increase anxiety. That’s why it’s best to stick with a vegetable based diet. Some meats are good like chicken, turkey, fish. stay away from as much sugar as possible. Read labels because there’s more sugar in foods than we think.
staying hydrated is also very important.
