Lexapro for anxiety knocking me out

Hey guys, I am day 12 into Lexapro for panic/anxiety disorder. At night it just knocks me out. I cat stay awake. Is this usual? Will it go away? Thanks in advance

Hi Ali, it is knocking me out at about 8.00! I fall asleep on the couch before I have even changed!

Ooo I see it will get better by the time 4 to 6 weeks how's you panic and anxiety....?

Hey, it is a little better and I'm able to go to work and mostly function OK. Still a bit anxious though

It will take 4 weeks and you will see a major difference but don't stop taking tablets. You will be ok by the time

It's just one of the side effect it will pass just stay strong and don't think a lot.

Thanks, really appreciate the support. It's so hard to know what is real, anxiety or medication at the moment.

If its making you sleepy take it nearer bed timetime
