The anticoagulation treatment had no effect on my libido or that of my husband. We have both had THR and post op anticoagulation self administered injections. May well depend on which treatment is used, was not one of the possible side effects in the literature for the one we were prescribed
Patrick, you've had major surgery. It's very traumatic both physically and emotionally. Give yourself time to recover. You'll feel better as your hip improves.
I'd say it's more the trauma of the surgery than the meds. Your poor body can only focus on so much at one time. It's doing it's all to heal right now.
