Lichen sclerosus

Can severe lichen sclerosus cause a prolapse

I have not read any supporting research for this. A prolapse is caused by weakened uterine / bladder muscles caused by childbirth and excess weight. LS is an autoimmune disease that affects the skin? I SEE NO CORRELATION.
