It looks like Pityriasis Versicolor. Try a strong anti-fungal shampoo such as Alpecin Schuppen killer.
When I look up this condition all the pictures seem to look like the patch of skin got lighter, but mine is darker
its a simple Café au lait spot… nothing to do cause its a benign skin change like naevus
