Light headed

Does anyone else get light headed out of nowhere? Feels like a quick rush going through my head. I was sitting at my computer today when it happened. Not getting up or anything. Scares the crap out of me.

Yes I get it often ! It’s horrible, just another peri symptom ! I think many ladies suffer with it.

Yes I get this a lot too. Sometimes feel as though I m going to faint. It’s horrible! Just comes out of the blue and can be scary.

Yes, I think we all have this symptom. In my case I work in front of the computer a lot in a no windows small space office, some days is just like no enough air around I am getting claustrophobic with it

Hi Dorothy, yes that can happen if you bend down too, or heavy feeling getting up off the sofa hormones doing it.
