I have a somewhat round and hypopigmented (light) spot on the corona of my penis. I don't think it's anything as I have Vitaligo on other spots of my genitals but still kinda concerned. I have been paranoid about HPV for quite a while so could this be a wart even though it looks nothing like I have seen online? Would love any thoughts from the community.
I wouldn’t be worried about that. Infection with high risk HPVs (such as HPV 16) which are strongly associated with cancers in the genital area cause no symptoms. Usually infections with those low-risk HPV cause genital warts.
