Does anyone else feel lightheaded and dizzy with their anxiety. Mine just seems to be constant. When I went to see my GP, she said it was to do with my iron. I have been on iron tablets for nearly a month (second time in a few months). It just doesn't seem to ease off. I feel a nuisance going back and fore to see the doctor. It seems to be taking over me.
Its a symptom of anxiety, blood pressure, sinus, ear, eye, can be anything related. Definetly can accompany anxiety. Fear makes a person dizzy. Whether its the breathing or the adrenaline it just does.

Yes, it can. As a matter of fact I am dizzy right now and kind of lightheaded. I'm getting ready to start my menstrual cycle in about 5 days and I get in bad shape with my anxiety. I'm also titrating down on my Paxil to Prozac because my Paxil quit working.
Thank you both. It's just constant with me and driving me mad. For the past two days I have had a pain just under my left ear. I don't have earache. The anxiety seems to be giving me a new symptom every now and then.
Omg. Right before my menustration and at ovulation my anxiety is in high gear..
I get this all the time it is anxiety.
I dont have any ear infection or deficiencies or anything else like that

I feel this light headedness thing when I'm anxious and it triggers more anxiety.
I usually wash my face and yes it is really irritating.
I work out and meditate and this has helped me alot.

Yes always and makes me have a panic attack when I'm dizzy I also find washing my face with cold water helps
What symptoms do you get?
I'm the same way right now. Ever since my aniety came, I've had the constant sensation of being light headed or as if I'm going to fall. It gets really annoying and is something that is hard to deal with on a daily basis. Hopefully this is something that we can all overcome with our anxiety.
I suffer with anxiety and panic attacks and I get dizzy , sometime I fee like mylegs will go from under me
