So I have been feeling dizzy and lightheaded as soon as I wake up for the past few days. Sometimes a pounding headache. I finally called the doctor after having to miss work today. Muscles sore and tenses up. Any little movement or even lying still made me extremely dizzy and I could feel my heart pulsing. Is this normal for anxiety? My hands only started trembling when I was on the phone making an appointment. I haven't hyperventilated or anything. I know what a full blown attack is but is this also one? 20 mins now since I've called dr and I feel a bit better. What gives??? Any advice??
Constant thinking constant worrying is what causes it u are constantly thinking or worried about something I'm going through the same and it's hard but it takes time just try to relax your mind and not worry about anything for a moment
I delt with this for about a year! I know what your going through. Sometimes it feels like your not even worrying or stressed out and you still feel dizzy. I guess that’s just how anxiety works. I’ve been to 3 doctors and I’ve have multiple blood work done including a cat scan and all cane back normal. Thank god. Just have faith & know your not alone. It’s easier said than done but I try to ignore it as much as possible and stay busy and I’ve been feeling much better. Also, try taking chamomile tea at night and magnesium pills.

Sometimes if your bed or pillow are not resting your neck and head you can suffer dizziness. Generally you need to use a firm pillow and a good recent mattress, A bed needs to be change every ten to fifteen years. If your hands are trembling problems these can be transferred down the arms and into your fingers. The lightheaded feeling can also be effected by an old pillow
We just renewed a mattress and pillows several months. We purchased Memory foam pillows and mattresses they are very good.
I also understand you feel it may be anxiety, your GP may be able to confirm this and send you for tests if required.
You can try Mindfulness, Relaxation Technique that will help you calm your Anxiety

Thank you! I really try. And just trusting God that everything will be okay although there be times where it seems like there’s no way, he makes a way. ❤️🙏🏼

Yep know the feeling, My anxiety was caused my glandular fever in June since then Ive been dizzy most of that time. Its not room spin. More a drunk and unbalanced feeling. Try magnesium supplement as it relaxes the nervous system
