Do you feel that sensation?
Every time, almost immediately after my period has finished I feel a heavy sensation around my waistline like everything is falling down.

Yes, I get this sensation. It is bizarre and feels very uncomfortable. My period just ended and I'm dealing with that falling down feeling, bloat, belly discomfort, anxiety, etc. I have GERD and that seems to get exacerbated whenever my hormones are off (Which is most of the time). I'm 47 and have been in peri for about 5 years. I'm sorry you're feeling this way! I really understand how frustrating and scary this all feels. I'm trying to alter my diet to see if it will help with these symptoms. I have BHRT that was prescribed by my natural wellness physician earlier this year, but was concerned about taking it for fear I'd feel worse.

Peri is hell!
I cannot believe I have experienced all these horrible symptoms. They are so scary, unbelievably horrible, beyond imagination and can torture our organism emotionally, bodily, mentally.
I would like to take BHRT in order to alleviate my symptoms, because I am so tired of this hell.
But I am afraid a lot. I know that I have to give a try.
Hormones have completely exhausted me.
