No its not - herpes dont come and go in one day - its called friction cuts
Sweety, I had candida last month - took the picture to show the doctor. I noticed the cuts an evening and the next day my doctor told me the cuts I had on the picture were all cleared up. I asked if it was herpes and my doc. said no. I always get cuts when I get candida. I used medicine for Candida and some stick pills to insert in the vagina to make the environment better and it helped. I was only itching and had discharge a lot and of course the cuts came. I did take some medicine for 1-2 weeks before so yeah for me candida made sense. Listen to your doctor. Herpes look different on everyone so people who think there outbreak looks like yours doesnt help you. People who has actual sores and got swabbed comes back with negative results because it was not herpes but something else and they thought their sores looked like herpes as well. All you can do is go to your doctor - get checked and trust in their words. Sure they can make mistakes. But.. thats all we can do. heads up

I took antibiotics for bv last week, it gave me an insane yeast infection. Extreme discharge and itch, i woke up in the middle of the night scratching myself. The next morning I woke up with cuts that look exactly the same as your picture. I’m not a doctor but i do not believe this is herpes. Especially for my case, fissures seem to be most accurate. Been finding it hard to heal them, but found something that worked for me.
i showered and washed the area with a dove soap bar for sensitive skin, and dried the area. Put in a small tampon even tho i am not on my period. I was still having some yeast discharge and felt like that kept the sore from healing and kept it feeling itchy so i used the tampon to stop any discharge from getting into the sore. I put hydrocortisone 1% on the sores and didn’t wear underwear. In 12 hours the itchiness and pain significantly reduced, and i was able to see the sores starting to heal. I applied the cream 3 times a day with freshly washed hands (very important)

I had this for 4 years after many tests they found 4 different types of yeast and the one that caused these cuts was tinea cruris the fungus that causes jock itch…my husband had it in his groin I had caught it and because I have diabetes my immunity is not so good it spread internally with me but mostly cuts on labia and dry tight skin which cracked and split and then was itchy …its did not respond to normal thrush cream and I had the best results with tablet fungus treatment every 72 hours prescribed and cream to treat tinea cruris…daktarin gold was good xx
