So i've had this problem for a few years now, didn't think much to it, but recently started googling for cracked lines n the penis and im scared as hell since a doctor stated it could be a from of penile cancer.
ive noticed the crack contain little balls where the skin used to be smooth. i did show this to a doctor in person maybe 3-4 years ago, he prescribed a cream which didnt do much and i didnt think about it much after that as i figured he didnt think it was anything sinister back then, but its just not healing
any advice is appreciated
