Hi all, have seen a few posts about liquid fasts helping to start the journey of healing and breaking the vicious cycle of bm, spasm, pain etc. Has anyone tried this with a chronic fissure and had success? Ive had mine for 5 months now, have tried everything short of surgery and just not getting anywhere.
