Has anyone tried lithium orotate for depression? I took 10mg earlier today and feel a bit of a lift in my mood. Im also taking 30mg of mirtazapine
Not heard of Lithium orotate, I take 45mg mirtazapine with no effect, good to hear that you are getting a good response. Is this your first antidepressant?
Hi Valerie, unfortunately the lithium orotate ended up making my depression worse after a few days 
ive tried a few in the last 2 years with no success, mirt seemed to work a it at first but after a year its no loner helping. I went up to 60mg of mirt for 2 months without much effect on my mood
