this little bump appeared on the tip of my penis about 2 weeks ago. it gets much more noticeable with an erection but barely noticeable while soft. there is a blackish color under the skin of the bump. i have been diagnosed with psoriasis and have been using elidel cream currently if that has anything to do with it. i have also spoken to my family doctor and dermatologist. family doctor said it was a pronounced vein or something i cant remember and the dermatologist said it was and oil gland. neither one of them took a good look at it. was wondering if anyone knew what it could be and what i can do to get rid of it.
Jim, when you say ‘this little bump’ were you meaning to post a photo?
The blackish colour would suggest you have had a small blood vessel that has leaked. Whatever you have going on more than likely it will heal if you give it enough time.
Really, if the doctor and dermatologist did not even bother to look they must have been pretty certain that it was not anything uncommon or untoward going on.
If you have been masturbating regularly / and / or are sexually active at the moment, ease back for a couple of weeks and this will likely clear up …
Should it fail to clear simply update your Forum post here in 3 weeks or so and post a picture that would be good too.
