ive had these for more than a year now and i always thought they would go away over time but theyre still. could not be an STD.
they are are near the top of the penis head and on the back of it (pictures attached). they dont hurt or itch or anything. what could i do about them?

You have balanitis, but the cause of this would be difficult to guess without a detailed look at your medical history. Common causes include pre-existing skin conditions such as psoriasis and eczema, drug reactions, skin allergies as well as infections.
