They do not itch, they do not hurt, nothing.! I have a few of them, 2 on my arm, one on my back and a few on my stomach / chest. I've had them for quite a while now.
Although your photo is not very clear,it looks like a tiny lipoma. A collection of fatty cells under the skin. If they do not itch,weep,.bleed or suddenly start growing they are nothing to worry about. Some people seem to get a lot,while others never get them at all..
Of course,as always,if ,for any reason, you are worried by them do seek a doctors opinion.
It looks similar to a skin tag.
funny you showed a photo because i have one too…on the inside part of my wrist. A less than skilled dermatologist took a biopsy and told me it was a liver spot…lol. but he missed slicing off any of the bump by a good 1/2 inch so there was no way he could say it was a liver spot since he missed.
Liver spots are brown Lisa.
