Liver and Gallbladder issues

I am a 37 year old male, 5 foot 5 inches, 199 LBS. I do work out, and I try to eat healthy, but I have been having a lot of upper right stomach issues. So a few times I went into the ER room and in one they did an ultrasound, then on another day they did CT, and then another ultrasound. I am very concerned about the findings, in each setting something different was found, but between the two ultrasounds just 25 days apart, the ultrasounds (for me at least) seem very different. Also, I have not drank alcohol since December. I have an allergy to soy, wheat, and gluten, but not Celiac disease (it has been ruled out), so I have to avoid that as well. But, anyone have an idea as to why the changes here are so rapid and just days apart?  Or am I going crazy?

Sorry you're going through this.  I'm not a doctor, so I can't diagnose what's going on with you.  You need to go see a gastroenterologist who will work with you to deal with what's going on medically.  You've already gone to the ER, but it's like going to a convenience store.  No one there is interested in the long term.  They just want to deal with the issue temporarily so that you're well enough to leave.
