Liver profile reading

hi

i recently go for a checkup and these are my liver profile

i’m in my late 30s, used to drink once or twice a month before 35. almost stop drinking totally during the last few years. i have slightly elevated bilirubin total but my albumin is not low. may i know if theres any concern with my readings?

bilirubin - 28umol/L
total protein - 71g/L
albumin - 47g/L
globulin - 24g/L
alk - 72U/L
ast - 18U/L
alt - 12U/L
ggt - 20U/L

im afraid l dont understand your lfts but my lfts were slightly elevated and l was diagnosed liver disease PBC which is caused through my immune system, l dont drink alcohol and never have.
