pain tiredness taking over my life
Shame it is hectic have you tried different meds my daughter has had fibro with migraines for 10 yrs nw an after many trial an error found a combination that works for her..... Lyrica, Trepiline, which really helped an cilift helped het migraines which she used for a year an has come off now.....lyrica took a lot of the pain away she was on a low dose of lyrica 75mg
I'm sorry you are going through this. I was diagnosed about 6 months ago but so far only have the sore muscles joints and stiffness. I try and eat very healthy and exercise everyday even though I have to push my self but once I finish my work out I feel and can move much better. I just started cymbalta but so far I don't see any improvement I'm going to give it 3 months.
Was at my lowest point last week. Started cutting out coffee sweeters and breads and pasta. Tiredness and pain subsided a bit. Even if it's in my head. Feel lot better
