Loads of Symptoms, Doctor blames anxiety.

Migraines, shortness of breath, extreme fatigue, chest pain, fluctuations in blood pressure, dizziness, hurting eyes when watching tv, blood flows to feet when walking, cold/hot flushes.... blood tests and ECG normal and my doctor blames it on my anxiety which im pretty sure im not anxious anymore. Im a 25 year old male and 18 stone (quite abit overweight) i dont get much exercise due to fatigue so i spend most of my days playing video games. These symptoms are stopping me from doing everyday stuff and doing chores/looking after kids and my partner does all. No one knows  what im going through and i cant take it anymore... im sorry i just want to know if anyone is going through the same thing and has had any success with finding out whats wrong? I hope to get a reply,  its driving me insane. Thank you. Am i just really unfit or is it my anxiety? If someone thinks its serious please lay it on lightly because as you can imagine my health anxiety  is through the roof.

Hi marc it defo sounds like anxiety I have most of those symptons it's easy to say but try not to worry ,anxiety does strange things to us and alot of the symptons always make us feel like there's something serious going on in totally understand and I'm trying to cope myself just keep saying to urself nothings going to happen it's just the adrenaline pumping round

Thank you for replying Shatty. Its nice to hear that someone else has these symptoms, Sounds horrible i know but it means i'm not the only one, which means a lot to me because i worry about my health a lot, especially since my son arrived a year ago. Thanks again.

First see your GP and ask to see a dietician. You are like me although you are still very young, it is important you loose weight and keep it off. If you are heavy now as you become older it will become harder to diet well.

Consider some form of exercise, Swimming is a fantastic way for families to keep healthy. Make the sourgourn a family outing, and make it family time. If you are unable to swim take lessons, all together. It is well worth the investment and swimming is good for the mood as well. When I was young I would swim three times a week I would do thirty odd lengths each time. Some pools have wave machines and other diversions, great fun

BOB

Hi Marc, Bob is right, you do need to really push yourself to get some exercise. I went through a patch where I could barely get out of bed I was so exhausted but then I just said right, today I am going to do something. Doesn’t really matter what just anything. A walk in the fresh air does wonders and if you can do that with your family too you will feel better. It’s hard at first but gets easier. Afterwards have a nap and rest but it’s important to try and do this daily. Good luck

Thank you all very much. Some great info and i have taken note. I will be sure to push myself to exercise (Even though its very uncomfortable - i will try) Thank you for your replies you've been very helpful.
