I have been on lofepramine for under one year and I have suffered with non-gonococcal urethritis since I have taken the medication. I had a full sexual health test done to confirm it was not anything else causing this. It has gotten to the point where I am incredibly frustrated and beyond fed up to the point where I want to physically remove my own bladder and gentiles to give myself relief from what I can only describe the feeling as taking the world's hottest chilli, then adding acid to the chilli and injecting the acid and chilli concoction down my urethra. It is ten times worse after masturbating which I try my best not to do now since I am not able to know whether or not I will instantly end up in unbearable burning pain which makes me run to the toilet every two minutes or so to urinate which is only a few drops each time and the burning pain usually fades away after two hours or so. I refuse to grin and bear it for much longer otherwise I will end up sending myself completely bonkers.
Is there anything I can do or try? I will try every solution that is suggested. I am desperate, I really am!
