Im going on the london underground on Saturday and im so scared and my anxiety is playing up !! I keep thinking about being crammed in and not being able to cope and also terrorist attack !!! Any advice
Hi there are thousands of tube journeys every day so the chances of you being involved in a terrorist attack is virtually nil. I lived in London for 22 years and never had any issues using the tube. I was never robbed, attacked. or threatened and neither will you be. x

Im very proud of myself i done it ! To begin with i was feeling a bit panicky thinking how do they get air down there and was looking around at everyone but i pushed those feelings away and done it !! On the way back i didnt even think about it !! I made it so im sure i could do it again , thankyou xxxxx
